SCGA CHAMPIONSHIP REGISTRATION INFORMATION
74th SCGA TOURNAMENT OF CLUB CHAMPIONS – WOMEN’S CHAMPIONSHIP DIVISION:
Palos Verdes GC, Palos Verdes Estates
December 5, 2022
CHAMPIONSHIP FORMAT:
- 18 holes; stroke play.
- There is no qualifying as all entries are on a first-come, first-served basis.
- This division will compete without handicaps.
ELIGIBILITY: The club champion must be an amateur golfer who was listed on the club’s active GHIN roster at the time she won their club championship as well as at the time of the championship proper. Club champions must have a Handicap Index of 14.4 or less at the time of registration to be eligible for this division. If a club champion’s Handicap Index is 14.5 or higher at the time of registration, she will be asked to play in the Net Division.
If your club champion(s) is not available to participate, we regret that no substitution(s) may be made (this includes runner-ups).
EACH SCGA MEMBER CLUB MAY SUBMIT UP TO FIVE (5) ENTRIES AS FOLLOWS:
- One (1) club champion may be sent to each of the Men’s, Women's, and Senior Men's Championship Divisions
- Two (2) club champions may be sent to the Net Division
ENTRIES OPEN: Wednesday, January 5, 2022
ENTRY DEADLINE: Sunday, November 20, 2022
CHAMPIONSHIP INFORMATION & PAIRINGS: Complete tournament details, including information about practice rounds, pairings, starting times, and yardages played, will be emailed and posted on scga.org/womenstocc after entries close.
ENTRY FEE: $155
LATE ENTRIES: The SCGA accepts late entries, assuming there is still space available at the given event. Late entries will be subject to an additional $20 fee and can only be processed over the phone or through email.
REFUND POLICY: Requests for refunds prior to the entry closing date will be honored less a $20 administrative fee. Requests received after the entry closing date and 48 hours prior to the event will be honored less 50% of the entry fee. No refunds will be honored within 48 hours of the event.
